The Pottery Barn in the next room

Now that things have settled down around here, I've been able to pull together some photos of our living room. It's been a bit of a challenge because the before and after pics were taken with different cameras, and until tonight they were also on two separate computers.

You'll only see half of the room because our other chair is still MIA. We got word today that Macy's thinks it's in their warehouse, but they don't know where. So they're just going to reorder it—at no extra charge to me, of course. How nice of them. It's going to take half a year to get a single stupid chair. I think Macy's should be offering me a compensatory discount. But I'm not holding my breath.

Anyway, we're happy with what we have so far. You'll still see our Ikea lamps and my grandma's end table, and we haven't taken the print to be framed yet. But bit by bit, we'll get there.
