Pup & Stuff Portrait Friday #11

SPF, sponsored by Kristine

I didn't have to go too far to snap the eyesore of our neighborhood. It's right in our backyard. In fact, it is our backyard. J.P. decided that the winter mold got to it. It's pretty much looked this way since spring, and he keeps saying, "I think it's gonna come back." Um, I'm thinking no.

I think I might get into trouble for this next one. It's a photo taken in secret. The hat was added after the fact to protect my marriage. Doesn't he look cozy all cuddled up with his TiVo remote?

Last month when some friends were in town, we drove past the sign below. We all noticed and chuckled at the phone number, so when Kristine asked to see the most interesting/funny sign in my area this came immediately to mind. Trouble is, it's about 30 minutes away, and I couldn't remember exactly where it was. This morning I went in search, and probably spent about 90 minutes in the car, all told. What I don't do for you, Internet.

Most interesting sign

Can you imagine the scene at a singles' bar? "Hi, can I buy you a drink? Yeah, I'm a doctor. Why don't you give me a call sometime, baby? Here's my number. Hope to hear from you soon!"

Penny was pretty much the topic of the week here at Sharkey Malarkey, so how could I leave her out of today's post? She was feeling better for a couple days, and then this morning? More puking. Should be a fun weekend, huh?
