Maggie the Grat

This week we're staying with my sister and her family in Minneapolis. The kids love Maggie—even Catherine (age 6), whose favorite stuffed animal is now missing the end of its nose. She wrote this story after school today:

Onese upon a time ther was a dog named Maggie and she chwd almst everting. But she was not rleey good at lisning but she was mello and she was fun to paly with. And she loved trets, and she siged wich was holling*.

I think maybe she's been ghost writing over at Mouse's place.

*Translation: she "singed," which was howling.
