Things that make you go hmmmm . . .
You may or may not have noticed that I installed a new feature in my sidebar last night. When you click the Sharkey on the Web link, it takes you to a site that shows how many internet sites contain links back to Sharkey Malarkey.
Admittedly, there are very few results. I'm hoping that their "backend crawlers are looking for any new links to your site" right this very minute. Of course, that's no guarantee that the numbers will go up. In fact, it's pretty much guaranteed that the numbers won't go up.
But the one that confuses me is Yahoo—it indicates -1. How can there be a negative number of links? Let's see . . . they had a link, but then somebody at Yahoo actually read my site and they backed it out? Twice, just for good measure. Any other theories on how I got a -1?
