It's one of those weeks . . .
It really isn't one of those weeks where everything goes wrong and it seems like the world is crashing down. But Penny's situation has been weighing heavily on my mind. Every time J.P. calls me at work (he works from home), I worry that he has bad news to report. I keep wracking my brain, trying to think of foods that she might be able to keep down. And every time she makes a sudden move, I leap off the couch because I think she might need to get outside in a hurry.
I haven't been in much of a blogging mood, but I haven't abandoned it entirely. I really appreciate all of your kind words, thoughts, and prayers after my last post. Your comments over the last several months have allowed me to see Penny through your eyes, and I think it's helped me to recognize more of her good qualities (instead of just worrying that she might bite someone who comes to the house).
God willing, we'll both be here for Pup & Stuff Portrait Friday. In the meantime . . . did you know that blogging isn't in Blogger's spell check dictionary? What's up with that?
